Refund policy

At Caspri, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you may request a return in accordance with UK law and our policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You do not need to provide a reason.

Your Right to Reject Faulty Items (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days and within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement — and a refund if neither is possible.

Eligibility for Returns You may return an item if:

• It is returned within 14 days of delivery
• It is unused, unwashed and in original condition
• It is not marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale"

We cannot accept returns of:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2 working days with full instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
• All approved returns must be sent to our returns address below.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund is processed within 3–5 business days
• Your bank may take 3–10 business days to display funds
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days with:

• Photos of the issue
• Order number

We will send a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order.
