Delivery Area We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, or other trusted UK couriers. Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping is free on all UK orders.

Delayed Deliveries If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, please allow 2 additional business days. If your order is still undelivered, contact us at shopcaspri@gmail.com for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the issue
• A brief explanation
• Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
